Resto Country Spares (formally Kingswood Country) was first established in 1986.
Updating our name to Resto Country came about because in addition to specialising in new Restoration, Used and New (genuine / non-genuine) parts for your Holden Kingswood & Torana we are also now growing our range of parts for pre-Kingswood models plus Commodore and early Fords.
Resto Country has been online with its own website and is a long time eBay seller with over 200,000 positive feedbacks, positive proof we deliver just what you’re after.
In addition to selling many famous and quality brands at Resto Country we source and manufacture a range of restoration parts for your dream car rebuild. These are the best and closest we can find to original parts at affordable prices and we are proud to offer these under our own Resto Country and Kingswood Country brand.
We are a family owned and operated independent business located in Melbourne’s Sth East suburb of Moorabbin. We operate out of our shop/warehouse and you are most welcome to drop in and browse, purchase or pick-up your parts.

COMBINE ORDERS
When ordering more than one part we can save you postage costs, where possible by consolidating your parts into the one parcel.
Just add all the items you are after to your eBay shopping cart and then in your shopping cart click ‘Request Total Invoice From Seller’ this means we can combine the orders into one, send an updated eBay invoice with your shipping cost savings. We can only do this before you pay for the items.

DISPATCH NEXT DAY
Once your payment has been cleared our aim is to have your parts on their way the very next business day.

DELIVERY
The usual delivery time once your order has been dispatched is 3-5 days to most metropolitan areas but can take up to 14days for some regional areas

POST
Most parts are sent by Australia Post ‘eParcel’ with tracking and larger parts by door-to-door courier

COURIER
Parts that can’t be sent by Australia Post will be sent by door-to-door Courier and details will be emailed to you for this process. Couriers can’t delivery to PO Boxes, so we require residential or business address and contact phone number.

TRACKING
Where tracking numbers are available these will be sent to you with our dispatch confirmation email.

PICK-UP
We operate out of our shop/warehouse and you are most welcome to drop in and browse, purchase or pick-up your parts. You can also pay on pick-up by cash, debit or credit card.

INTERNATIONAL
eBay – NewZealand. If you’re looking at our Aust eBay site from NZ it should have the new Sales Tax rules applied.
On purchase, eBay takes the sales Tax and pays NZ taxes directly. You will receive a tax paid invoice directly from eBay.
eBay – Other International. Buyers looking at our Aust eBay site may have the local sales/consumption taxes applied. Please check with eBay to comfirm.
WebStore. Currently our Australian Webstore only has the Australian GST applied. It doesn’t convert any prices into local currency and you may be liable for any taxes / import duties that your country applies at the border.

Warranty
Warranty & Return
We offer good old fashioned, common sense warranties. No matter what the problem is please contact us prior with your invoice details so we can work out the best way to help.

NEW PART WARRANTY
All our items are covered by manufacturer warranties for peace of mind. The period can vary according to the part but as a minimum (unless otherwise stated) we cover all parts with a 12 month limited replacement warranty on new parts.
As is the norm for manufacturers warranties we cover replacement of the part only and no warranty is offered for any labour, fitting or damages cost.
Obviously, warranty is void if; not installed correctly, damaged during installation, installed on race cars, not correctly maintained, or not operated within manufactures specifications. -
FAULTY
We will replace your item including the shipping costs if the item was found to be faulty or non-functional within 14 days of arrival date. Buyer to cover shipping costs, each way, for warranty purposes after 14 days.

CHANGED MIND
Returns due to change of mind or incorrect selection; the buyer will cover shipping costs of the returned product. Items will only be accepted if they are returned new & unused.

INCORRECT SUPPLY
If we stuff up and send the wrong part to you, generally the part will need to be returned before correct item is sent and we will replace your item including the shipping costs if notified within 14 days of arrival date.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Please inspect your parts immediately you receive them and contact us straight away if any goods have been damaged in transit. Please contact us first so we can organise with you the best way to fix help you. We may need proof (pics etc) so we can claim against the carrier.
