To have surcharge back caliper and motor must be the same as type sent to customer. Electric motor and caliper must be complete(no missing parts). Don’t worry about the state of your old caliper, but it must be in a reasonable state, so it’s possible for it to be refurbished.

Buyer has 60 days to send exchange caliper. Buyer need arrange and pay for courier to send exchange caliper( we recommend myHermes or Collect+)
